We may terminate or suspend your account and access to PetlyFinder immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of The Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Regional Trial Court- Branch 17- Cebu City, Cebu.
